The steps to perform a clean boot of Windows 10 are as follows:

    1. During the process, press + R keys to open the Run dialog box.

    2. Type Msconfig and press Enter to open System Configuration.

    3. Go to the Services tab and check the corresponding box Hide all Microsoft services.

    4. Then click the “Disable All” button that will be highlighted. This will prevent all unnecessary third party providers and providers from running in the background.

    5. Save your changes by clicking Apply > OK.

    6. A pop-up window asking if you want to restart or exit without restarting looks like the one shown in the picture. Select the “Exit without reboot” option.

    7. Restart the system setup window by repeating steps 1-2. Go to the Home tab.
